Someone shared this video with me a while back. It’s a great idea for actually getting things done.
If there’s something you’ve always wanted to do or a habit you’ve always wanted to cut out then you can achieve it with this challenge.
I’ve heard that it takes like 21 days to form a habit. That’s 3 weeks. The idea of doing something for 30 days is much like that.
In the video, Matt Cutts, who works for Google, talks about how much fun you can have doing these 30 day challenges. 30 days will pass whether you like it or not so why not use the time to either add something to your life or subtract a habit you don’t really need.
I’m thinking about doing some 30 day challenges and I just might blog about them here.
I’m going to go think about what I’ll be doing for the next 30 days and hopefully you’ll be doing your own 30 day challenge as well.
